Who does the work?
SheetHand is run by Chris Andrews. Work is done with AI-assisted tools, then tested on a copy of your sheet against the list we agreed on before it's delivered.
Do you need access to my real spreadsheet?
No. Share a copy, ideally with sample or dummy data. We never ask for passwords. If the automation must run on your live file, you paste in the finished script yourself using our steps.
Is it Google Sheets only?
Yes, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script (including Forms, Gmail, Drive and Calendar automations from Sheets). We don't do Excel VBA.
What if my request is bigger than Build?
We'll quote it, or tell you honestly if it's better handled by a full developer or an off-the-shelf tool.
What happens after delivery?
You get 7 days of free fixes for anything that doesn't work as agreed. New features after that are a new request.
Will this break when Google changes things?
Apps Script is stable, but Google can change quotas and services. If something we built stops working within 30 days because of our code, we fix it free.
Are there ongoing costs?
No. Scripts run in your own Google account under Google's free limits. We don't use paid add-ons unless you ask for them.
Is my data private?
We only use what you share for your request and delete project copies 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. See our privacy policy.
How do refunds work?
Full refund if we can't deliver what we confirmed, or if it doesn't work as agreed and we can't fix it within 7 days. See terms.
