SheetHand is operated by Drone Shots Columbus LLC.

What we collect

• Your name, email and request details.
• Any sheet copies, screenshots or sample data you share.
• Payment details, handled directly by Stripe. We don't see or store full card numbers.
• Cookie-free visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics.

How we use it

Only to quote, build, deliver and support your request and to keep required business records. We use AI-assisted tools to write and test code. Data you share may be processed by those tools only to complete your request. Please share sample data instead of sensitive personal data whenever possible.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, use your data for marketing, or keep access to your files after a project.

Processors

Google (email and Drive), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and our AI tool providers.

Retention

Project copies are deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct or delete your information.
