Terms of Service and Refund Policy

SheetHand is a service operated by Drone Shots Columbus LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms cover orders placed directly through this website. Orders placed on Fiverr or Contra are governed by that platform's terms.

1. Scope

Each order covers the deliverables in the tier and the written scope we confirm by email before you pay. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately.

2. Payment

Pay through the Stripe link after we confirm your tier. Payments appear as Drone Shots Columbus LLC. Delivery times start when payment and the information we need are both received.

3. Your data and accounts

You confirm you have the right to share any data you send us. Please send copies with sample data where possible and do not send passwords. Scripts run in your Google account; you decide what permissions to grant.

4. Ownership

After payment you own the scripts, formulas and sheets we deliver to you and may modify them freely. We may reuse general techniques and non-confidential code patterns.

5. Fixes and refunds

If a delivery does not work as described in the confirmed scope, we fix it free for 7 days. If we can't, or if we can't deliver at all, we refund in full. If we start and you cancel before delivery, we refund in full minus any completed work we can hand over at your option. Requests outside the confirmed scope are not grounds for a refund.

6. Third-party services

Google may change Apps Script, quotas or services at any time. We are not responsible for outages or changes by Google or other providers. If our code stops working within 30 days because of our error, we fix it free.

7. No warranty beyond these terms

Deliverables are provided as described here. You are responsible for checking results and keeping backups of your data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved, and we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, with disputes in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
